Aneteneh Negash
Software engineer, fifteen years building systems. Started this after taking five family members to five different independent practices in a single month and watching the same thing break at every front desk — including his own son filling out the same multi-page paper intake form twice in three weeks, once at the pediatrician and again at the allergist, with nothing carried across. Handles the US side: contracts, systems, and being the person you call when something goes wrong.
Dr. Ruth Negash, MD
Physician. Recruits, trains and manages our coordinators in person. She writes the escalation rules — what a coordinator does the moment a call turns clinical — and she is the reason those rules are written by someone who has actually taken that call.
Dr. Barkot Negash, MD
Physician and internal medicine resident in the US, with about a year as a medical scribe before residency. That combination means she has sat on both sides of the documentation problem — writing the note and living with the chart afterwards. She keeps our workflows honest against how a US outpatient practice actually runs.
How we are set up
A small team, directly employed.
The company is HaPo Tech LLC. The people who would work on your account are our own employees — we recruit, train and manage them ourselves, and Dr. Negash trains them in person. There’s no staffing agency in between, and nothing about your practice gets subcontracted to someone we haven’t met.

What we are honest about
We’re new.
We don’t have a wall of logos, because we haven’t earned one yet. What we have instead is this: we will run the work for you free for thirty days, so you judge it on what actually comes back rather than on our say-so — and a security page that lists what we haven’t built yet alongside what we have.
